The room was clean and tidy, the kitchen was well equipped, and there was a small supermarket in the lobby. In particular, the front desk staff was very warm and friendly, and gave us handwritten bus routes and bus stop names. The bus stop was not far from the hotel, which was very helpful for us to visit the city (the bus driver did not understand English).

The hotel is not in the old city of Heraklion, but the location is very good. It is only a 5-minute walk from the station, and the surrounding parking is also convenient. This was a very nice hotel. It's about 2 blocks away from a bus stop, which was very convient in taking us to all of the tourist areas and attractions. Although, there were many coffee shops and restaurants around the area. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and very spacious. It had everything we could have needed during our stay. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for somewhere out of the city center.
