Room was cosy and big with good facilities (especially the balcony), and the breakfast was the expected options but filling. One drawback would be that it took the staff a long time to clean and prepare the room, even though the end results were just ok. For example the shower gel was merely filled with water to give the appearance of it being full, rather than replacing the bottle. Maybe this was the previous occupant but the hotel could look to keep an eye on details a little closer.

Very clean hotel. It is a good choice to visit or stop in Heraklion. The staff are very nice, the locals are also very friendly, and the cruise ship pier is also very beautiful

Little gem of a hotel, very friendly staff and excellent customer service. Rooms are clean and comfortable but a bit on the smaller side, common for a city hotel. Located just a few minutes walk from a main shopping and restaurant area and near to the harbour. We took a day excursion to Santorini leaving at 7am and the hotel provided a packed breakfast which was much appreciated on the early morning ferry. Will definitely return if we stay in Heraklion again.

This was a really nice place to stay in the midst of the city center. Everything we wanted to see and do in Herakion was an easy walk from here. We had a lovely room with a balcony whence we had a sideways view of the harbor. The breakfasts were very good, and the staff were helpful. We were waiting for delivery of a suitcase that the airline had lost. The desk clerk understood that we were expecting it, and he looked out for it, letting us know as soon as it arrived.

L' hotel Atrion si è rivelato un' ottima scelta per il nostro soggiorno in città : posizione centrale , camera confortevole con terrazzo vista mare , pulizia impeccabile , squisito buffet colazione ed estrema gentilezza di tutto lo staff. Aggiungo che il rapporto qualità prezzo è stato molto vantaggioso perché la qualità offerta è superiore agli standard.
