This was my second time visiting the hotel. Location is good and the room was spacious and clean. But that was it... The bed was a disaster. They put 2 single beds together and 3 more layers on top of them so they can pass as a king bed. The result is that you keep falling in a gap between the two beds. Very uncomfortable! (see photo) Tv in the room is very old. There is no connectivity of any kind. You cannot watch Netflix or any other platform neither to connect your phone so you can watch anything by casting from it. You can only watch local channels. The Pc that they have for guests was not working. I asked the front desk on my arrival if I can use a pc because I need to work on a pdf for 2 minutes and to send an email, and that was not possible. One emergency red light was blinking inside our room for 7 days and 7 nights. Even though I informed the front desk about it I believe it is still blinking until now. (see photo) The marble drain of the shower is broken to many pieces. It is dangerous because you can cut your feet there. (see photo) There are two Lifts, the one was making a noise begging for maintenance (got it on video). Besides all that, the worst thing about our stay there, was the receptionist (Anna). On our first day there we woke up at 8:25 in the morning to the sound of hammers and drills. The amount of noise was unbearable. I called the front desk, they told me they will check it out and never called me back. One hour after (hammers still working) I went down with my wife and my 7 year old kid. I asked one receptionist what was going on with that noise. I wanted to know if there was some kind of an emergency repair or if that situation is going to be repeated the next morning. The receptionist was polite and apologizing while explaining the situation. That was the time Mrs Anna, who was typing on a pc next to us, decided to cut in our conversation (without minding to look at us while speaking at any time!!!) saying: "how many days is this gentleman's reservation because we do not mind if he wants to go and find another Hotel". I was furious with the impoliteness, the attitude and the lack of professionalism. The next time Mrs Anna interrupted our conversation was with the same attitude and again without looking at us. When I told her that she should at least look at me while she speaks to me, she was ironic. This type of behaviour is unaccepted, she should try another job that has nothing to do with talking to guests. The day we where checking out she saw us approaching the front desk and said "How unlucky for you, you will have to check out with me now", I remained calm and said "Goodmorning", then she did not reply but asked her colleague next to her to check me out and went away!
