酒店比較老，但有重新裝修，房間很寬敞，還有陽台及桌椅，可以坐在陽台上欣賞景觀、喝咖啡！酒店的餐廳環境也不錯，可以不用出酒店就吃到美食，價格公道！這次是出差，下次再來度假可以選擇這裏，後院可以散步到河邊

Das Hotel liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig und dennoch ruhig im Zentrum von Herdecke. Unser Zimmer hatte einen Balkon mit Blick auf die Ruhr und war sehr modern ausgestattet. Die Betten tierisch bequem. Beim Frühstück hat nichts gefehlt. Tolle Qualität und eine schöne Präsentation. Hier sind wirkliche Profis am Werk. Abends im Restaurant gab es eine kleine a-la-carte-Karte oder wahlweise ein warmes Buffet. Der Service war sehr flott, die Küche durchweg gut. Ein toller Aufenthalt, der aber nicht ganz billig war....

Völlige Inflexibilität und fehlender Service bei Buchung.Zuerst wird bei der Filtereinstellung Haustiere erlaubt, ein Zimmer angezeigt, was keine Haustiere erlaubt.Und man ist seitens des Hotels nicht bereit das Zimmer umzubuchen obwohl günstiger.Erst Booking tat dies.War also möglich.Nun bin ich leider kurzfristig erkrankt und kann das Hotel nicht mehr kostenfrei stornieren.Wir bzw.ich werden nun krank anreisen müssen.Unglaublich,obwohl Booking bereit gewesen wäre dies umzubuchen, auch wenn nicht kostenfrei storniert.Wir verreisen viel.Aber nicht im Ansatz Kulanz zu zeigen ist krass. Guten Service erkennt man genau in solchen Situationen , wo es nicht rund läuft.Ich werde nun stark erkältet in das Hotel reisen müssen um nicht 400 Euro Storno zu zahlen.Einmal und nie wieder

When you have a late arrival to a hotel, you appreciate a warm and help service at the reception: this is not the case here. They refuse to open (automatic system) the direct access door from the parking area and you have to go around the building, even if it's raining. We came with our reservation for 3 rooms and it took them around 20 minutes to find the third room as he only found 2... Very bad welcome and quite rude reception... The room is big, comfortable and bathroom is acceptable. Breakfast is fantastic as the restaurant service. But honestly, next time I'll seek another option if I'll have a late arrival.
