It was a nice property to stay at. They had a small gym and pool. Only thing is you had to be let into those facilities, your key card did not work to get in.

When I arrived at the hotel I was informed that the elevator was not working. I stayed on the 3rd floor. The Ice machine was on the 1st floor no ice machine working on 2 and 3. Meaning I had to walk 2 floors for ice. People smoking **** in front as you enter.

Check in was a breeze. It’s in nice location central to most restaurants in the area. Also, it’s a Dunkin Donuts pretty much on the hotel grounds. I enjoyed my stay and wouldn’t hesitate staying again.

Be nice if the elevator worked. The room was nice. The breakfast was limited. The staff was courteous. One thing for sure, this location is next to the finest ice cream shops in the state and you should tell your customers so they know, it will give them an additional reason to enjoy their stay.

Room was super clean and the bed and pillows were awesome. Best stay and they had a room available last min…super accommodating. Night manager was super friendly and got me what i needed. I will go back again when. coming to town. Looking forward to my next visit

The room was comfortable except that I couldn't get the air conditioning setting to be a little less frigid. Breakfast was fine. I don't plan on ever staying at this particular hotel again because it blew my mind that they would put a 65-year old woman traveling along in the middle of the 3rd (top) floor when they knew the elevator was out. Due to this I was unable to bring in my luggage, unable to use the pool, basically stayed in my room once I got in. When I pointed this problem out upon arrival and seeing the sign, I was only offered to cancel my reservation after I had just finished paying for it. Furthermore I was stunned that they still hit me for the $150 "incidentals" charge (I'm a member, have a long history of using Choice hotels and never have incidentals charges in the end.). I know this $ comes back but truly ZERO concessions for putting me in a difficult situation. Lesson learned.

When searching for hotels I look for accommodations that suit our budget and family. Comfort Suites was a great match because of their free breakfast and pool. When traveling with children a pool is a necessity. Thank you for your reasonable prices.

No elevators working and you had to use a phone and call for someone to come to the front desk. That my only complaint. The 2double suite was not much more but provided except room layout. Indoor pool which is nice. Everything was clean and we have enough towels (first for this trip)definitely with a repeat next year
