Good service as an airport hotel. Picking up from the airport, very attentive and punctuate.
The hotel is 10 min drive from the airport. Pretty sufficient for 1 night layover. Room is huge with 2 queen beds, big sofa, big TV. Functional bathroom with a small tub.
Service is good. Staff are friendly. As the hotel location, they offer to drive you where you want and pick you up. All arranged with the reception.
Breakfast is basic and self serving. All plates are plastics for one time use.
Recommended for those who want to stay 1 night.

Had a wonderful trip to Herndon to assist our Daughter in her move. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our room was very clean and breakfast was amazing. Thank you! We will stay there again.

The start of my trip was a little rocky, and I wasn't in the best mood when I walked into the lobby.
Mr. David G. greeted me at the front desk and all was right in the world again. He was kind and very empathetic, and which immediately lifted my mood.
Everyone else, except for the shuttle driver that morning (the reason for my bad mood), was AMAZING!
The shuttle driver (Julio) that took me to the airport departure day was great. The rest of my stay went very smoothly and I will definitely stay again when I'm in the area.

Due to a death in our family, we have had to visit the Hampton Inn and Suites a few times now over the past 6 months. The past two times we invaded their lobby space with friends and family and food. The staff was SOOOO accommodating. They allowed us to use their kitchen area for our food and went out of their way to make everyone feel welcome. When in reality we only had a few rooms booked at this particular hotel. I just can not say enough amazing things about this staff and the accommodations there. The rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable. My nephews enjoyed the pool and the snack area is great. Alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages, soups, chips, and other snacks available. In a prior visit one of my aunt's dogs ran into the street and was hit by a car. The manager on duty helped immediately. He was outside helping her and found a vet near by for her. The dog is fine but did have to stay overnight at the vet. Anyway, just can't say enough great things about the staff. Will definitely return and will highly recommend to all.

I have stayed in 4 of the hotels in the Dulles area….then I found this hotel. The thing that makes this hotel stand out is the personnel there. When you arrive, you’ll get a friendly greeting from someone that at least appears to be happy. Jo Jo on the front desk has checked me in twice and given me a very large room…425. Great Room. Dave on the Front Desk has checked me out twice. He’s a great guy…interested in his patrons…and genuinely seems to like his job. We had a nice chat this time….in his previous life he travelled a lot and stayed in hotels, so he treats people how he liked to be treated when he travelled. I like taking a mini van to the airport, instead of a bus. Just a much better experience. The only downside is that I’m not a fan of the smell of the cleaning solution they use in the lobby. But that can be overlooked. All-in-all a great hotel that I will frequent again.

We have stayed at numerous Hamptons, and this by far was one of the nicest stays we've had. The hotel grounds were well maintained. Sulma at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Had an issue with the app not unlocking our room door, the front desk quickly reset and gave us a physical key without delay. Breakfast was the usual. Room was comfortable and unbelievably quiet. Overall, would recommend.
