Almohadas horribles lle as de borra, gordas, no son amohadas. Habitación horrible, cortinas rotas. No había desayuno, las bandejas estaban vacías a las 7:30 de la mañana, sabanas viejas. Pedí cambio de habitación y no me lo dieron. Todo se oye de los cuartos de al lado. Olor a pintura. Puerta de baño rechinando El peor fiesta inn que hemos pisado

El cuarto oscuro y sucio, la puerta no tiene seguro y el teléfono está de adorno, quise llamar a recepción y así fue como me di cuenta que el teléfono solo lo tienen de adorno, la verdad para lo que cobran está terrible el cuarto

Esta peor que si fuera de un motel de paso además me encontré con la nada grata presencia de un ratón en uno de los pasillos de atrás comunes

Been there before, with no issues, this time we got there the second night there Grand kid was hungry so we stopped at restaurant to get food and as we got there a couple was complaining about service, we just ordered 2 tacos it took them close to an hour to serve them. Wife was asking why it was taking so long the server said meat was frozen and it took a while to defrost this was 20 minutes into it she wanted to leave but had to stay couse grand daughter wanted tacos. Was there for 3 days always eating out instead.

Your dining room staff were not professional took them 20 to service jad to to keepasking for coffee did t bother explain to about there buffet and they put out coffee bread S a courtesy. Please do better we frequent customers

It is a pretty decent place, the hotel is old but the rooms are clean and everything works as its supposed to. pretty good deal for the money. great breakfast !!
