El hotel es una maravilla muy bonito sencillo, agradable solo el personal de recepción súper grosera la recepcionista me tuvo esperando mucho tiempo además de que no me regresaron mi depósito por una mancha que había en la habitación. Pero de ahi en fuera todo muy bien.

Poor service throughout elevator seems to be on its last leg. The last straw was being. Barged for a towel being dirty that was used to wipe my face. They charged me for it when the towels were on poor conditions to begin with itch. Valet parking was a joke and at midnight my car alerted me that someone was in it. I called the desk and they quickly closed the doors. Stay away I will never give them my business again…..

Deja mucho que desear el servicio al cliente ... 1.- la habitación muy básica 2.- no servía el televisor se aviso y no hicieron los cambios 3.- se pidió un cambio de habitación y argumentaron que estaban reservadas 4.- Se pidió Hablar con el Gerente y jamás dio la cara. 5 .- Mientras el restaurante por la tarde noche el servios magnífico en la mañana tardaron un mundo y pedían la propina.
Conclusión HAY MEJORES HOTELES FUE DESEPCIONATE.

I have stayed here a number of times as well as the Fairfield Inn . It depends on what you are looking for. If you want Medical Services and good local food? The Fray Marcos is the way to go. If you like Walmart and shopping center? The Marriott.

I reserved three rooms but it was cold in there customer service not good either I won’t recommend it

Attractive common areas and room. However the plumbing needs an update. Very low water pressure. It took seven minutes (I timed it) for the shower water to get hot. Toilet was not working. And there was gum embedded in the carpet in my room. Staff were all very kind and helpful.
