Nice hotel. Good location. Nice breakfast

Wanted to stay at these hotels for awhile so tried it for two nights while attending a concert. Modern clean facility. Found the location convenient to restaurants and where we were going. Found the room small and storage was under the bed. Very comfortable bed. Liked the step in shower and the staff was very helpful especially David who went above and beyond. Breakfast was adequate. We would stay here again. Pet and family friendly. Games in the lobby.

Completely disappointed with the customer service at this hotel. We had purchased tickets to a concert at Hershey stadium only to have the performer postpone last minute. The hotel manager Marci rejected our request to modify the reservation to the new date. We will be losing our funds used to purchase the 2 rooms. Never again will we book at this hotel.

This hotel really had it all for a few night stay around the corner from Hershey Park: value price, included breakfast buffet, parking, indoor pool, foosball, friendly lobby staff, clean modern no frills rooms, and fast elevators despite the crowds.

Our trip plans changed and this hotel did noting to accommodate or help us. Be advised you are not the priority here, corporate greed is.

Great little hotel! We usually stay at Hampton Inn for our Hershey trip and wanted to try something new. Hotel was very clean, very convenient to park. I thought it was more walking distance to downtown Hershey than it is, it's kind of just plopped in neighborhood. Overall, very clean and convenient. Breakfast area was crowded but not fault of hotel, they kept it well stocked and full. Games in lobby for kids is a plus. Pool was small but got the job done for the kids. Loved the cups and ice buckets at the ice machine, small thing but loved it! Room tip: 5th floor odd numbers gets you a view of the rides. Rooms may be tight for families of 4 and over.

The hotel room is small. Thin walls so can hear everyone next door and above floor. Kids running around without parent supervision. Pool is small and always crowded and the gym had kids playing without parent supervision like it was a playground. Breakfast was horrible.

The staff in all areas were very pleasant, the breakfast was good, coffee great, and the bed was just right. However, I was disappointed with how small the room was-- I have never stayed in a room so small for the price that we paid. We had to move furniture just to have room for 2 large suitcases. There were no cabinets/ dresser/ closet to store clothes. It was a tight space for the price!

Lovely hotel. Location close to everything. Rooms very small but well designed with plenty of hooks and multiuse counters. No carpets which I like. Lots of streaming options on tv. Breakfast was typical. Coffee 24/7 though out when we checked at 10 am. Great lobby with fitness room, foosball, games, etc that made for a community feel. We didn't use the pool but seemed nice. On the downside: cleanliness could be better (handprints on windows and hairs on bathroom counter). Temperature control a little wonky. Keys kept deactivating. I would definitely stay again.
