The telephone reservation was just as easy as the fast check-in. Our room was large enough, well equipped and even coffee could be made free. We were there 2 nights, about 20 minutes to Hamburg Center. Parking free and sufficiently available. Directly adjacent to the hotel is a location for private major events, that was quite noisy. Until midnight, the parking place was talked loudly (directly under our window). Unfortunately, the rooms are not too clean, tape very diffuse, water damage everywhere, undefinable spots in the washing basin. Personnel at the reception does not seem very engaged, no demand for satisfaction ect. Unfortunately it smells extremely to cigarette calm in the hall to the breakfast room.
