I've tried three hotels in Hetauda and this one is the best by far. A little out of town, up a side road, it is quiet and calm. Staff are unfailingly helpful (you're in Nepal, so that's not unusual) and the facilities are good. The restaurant doesn't match the hotel. Cross the car park, go through another building, and you come across a large hut. The meals are fine, but the ambience disappoints.

Last week I went to pend night with friends in this hotel and we book deluxe room but as name it was Opposit toilet was out of order leak and toilet seat was not proper shower was so bad can’t have shower it took me 30 min to have shower I would suggest look the room before I wast my money for nothing very bad management
