The hotel service is very good and the price/performance ratio is very high. It is very convenient to pick up and drop off from Pudong Airport and Disneyland. I booked their exclusive parent-child suite with two separate rooms and a separate bathroom. Because I am going to Disneyland with my children, so It is very convenient to have a free shuttle bus, because the reservation is without breakfast. When checking out the room, the lady at the front desk thoughtfully gave me three breakfast coupons and a small souvenir. Thank you for the thumbs up. The room is very quiet and has a large area. It's big. I stayed there for three consecutive nights and had a good experience. The breakfast is on the first floor and the buffet tastes good. There is a free parking lot at the door, which is very convenient. I highly recommend staying here.

Xiaolu's customer service also especially helped with luggage, enthusiastically introduced us to the hotel services, very attentive! We booked a suite which has generous space. After traveling in the grassland for a week, we were so happy to have a toilet that doesn’t get wet when you shower. We had dinner in the hotel and the food was particularly good. There was also a Covid testing unit down the road from the hotel that could process passports so that was very convenient.

GGuest UserThe hotel is about 25 minutes away from the next town. In the middle of the field. So it is really relaxing and quiet (especially because traffic does not pass directly through the hotel building).
The room was built as a kind of apartment/bungalow and very modern.
Unfortunately, the system was not fully completed when we visited. There will be various activities such as gymnasium, massage, horse riding, etc. However, there is already an idyllic cafe there.
The service is very helpful and polite.
Due to the construction, the pipeline pressure is very low and we do not have hot water. As an excuse, we had a delicious breakfast.

The front desk lady reminded me that there is no heating, understandable, after all, it is not time for heating. However, there is no hot water, it is a bit... There are electric blankets on both beds, but there is a socket that can be supplied~ there is one 😅; the other room we have together also has an electric blanket.
