This was my second opportunity staying at this property. I was not let down like other hotels I have stayed at that have started to decline and their service, cleanliness, and customer service. Courtyard by Marriott Hickory is a great property to stay at and has the most friendly staff. Definitely earned five stars and I will be staying here again.

I have no real complaints. The traffic was loud into the night, but that’s not something folks in a hotel can control. Overall very good stay!! Linens were very clean and plush. Bed was comfortable too.

The rooms were semi undated, like an old motel. Something I don’t typically care about but feel as though it is worth mentioning. During our first night, the staff was rude! My friend and I went to the lobby, at around 8pm or so, to purchase snacks and we could tell that we totally inconvenienced the woman at the desk. She visible acted annoyed and that interaction left a terrible taste in my mouth. Then, later on that night, the fire alarm went off at 1 am! It took about an hour until we were allowed back in. Once back inside and in our beds, the alarm went off yet again! This stay was lackluster, to say the least. I can say that I will probably not be staying at this hotel again. May I add that the hotel was not nice enough for it to act so ugly.

We stay here all the time. So I used my points to book here. Was greeted with the most unfriendly employee who was terribly bothered by my questions and “demands” got enough towel and washcloths I had requested. So much so she mentioned it to me. E are respectful people and then she called to the room and questioned who was in my room and that it was getting late we needed to settle down. My family had recently experienced a death. Sorry if it was inconvenient for you. Made me feel be unwelcome and will seriously consider other locations before booking here again.

First comfortable bed and cleanliness. Convenient to shopping furniture..food n more. Very pleased. Easy All around great place for Furniture outlet etc.
