3.入住時，管家服務不行，一個男的瘦瘦的大概1.7米多點，在知道我聽不懂全部英文的情況下，也巴拉巴拉，不過無所謂，反正入住的情況都知道了，人家就走流程無所謂你的感受也行
4.餐廳的小哥哥會講中文，很熱心幫我解決了一些問題
5.房間洗澡熱水是温泉水，要多放一會才有
6.一個人入住，也是雙床，可以看到海景
7.酒店整體還是相對比較舊的，不過還行，護膚品是pola
8.房間自帶温泉浴池有污垢堆積，大開水塞有惡臭
9.房間還是很寬敞的，洗手間乾濕分離，獨立陽台，哪怕三個人住也可以，雙床的床很小，一個大人睡比較勉強
10.從熱川站出來，如果自己步行，需要爬好一會山坡

The worst hotel service during the trip. We booked two nights on Ctrip. We fully agreed with the extra bed and extra charges for children, but were informed that the same room type was not available the next day and was already sold out. A very nice hotel! The resorts and recuperations are very good, the overall service is very considerate, and you can communicate in English and Chinese. You can be picked up from the station to the hotel no matter what time you just call the counter. The room is big enough and functional. I have experienced all the hot springs in the hotel.
