非常非常非常滿意的一次住宿。酒店服務非常好當地風景優美酒店安靜服務到位，staff們非常地温柔親切，在這裏度過了相當舒適的2天。每天坐在床邊等待日出，然後去樓頂泡湯，再下來補覺真的太幸福了。景色真的超美，而且人少舒適方便，開接駁車的老先生非常紳士親切，前台的女士温柔落落大方，飯廳的小姐姐温柔細心，才剛剛離開已經想再來了。

如果電車過去，一定給酒店打電話讓他接你，否則看地圖不遠實則都是崎嶇盤旋的山路，很遠很遠！！酒店平時晚上很安靜，服務的人特別少，而且餐廳需要提前預約，不預約吃不了，衹能門口便利店，服務很不錯，基本都介紹到位，酒店裡有點像迷宮，最好入住之前服務員介紹的時候記下路線，否則。。温泉海景無敵，純日式榻榻米，房間裏還有温泉池，非常贊👍🏻

旅程最差勁酒店服務，攜程預訂了兩晚，小童加床加費用我們完全認可，但告知第二天沒有同房型可以提供，已銷售預訂完。我們自己和酒店男性的管家溝通近2個小時沒有結果。好在攜程客服出面幫忙解決。出門在外最怕遇到這種酒店服務。
王子酒店再見！酒店舊不是問題，日本很多這樣的，也是第一遇到這樣的服務，還不如一般的家族酒店。温泉內的鮮橙子也是浸泡了好幾天的…
晚上7點後，酒店不提供接駁車到山下，建議預訂靠着車站的酒店。

酒店其實就是火車站上面，卻沒有近路，必須盤山繞兩公里，一定要記得定酒店班車，房間比較老，但温泉設施不錯。

非常不錯的一家酒店！度假療養都很不錯，整體服務很周到，會英語和中文的交流，不管幾點衹要打電話給櫃枱都可以從車站接送到酒店。房間足夠大，功能齊全。體驗了酒店裡的全部温泉，環境很好，錯峯泡澡就是包場！還有付費的按摩服務，簡直把打卡伊豆一天的疲憊一掃而空。來熱川玩強烈推薦這家！

房間非常大，雖然感覺裝修稍微老了點，但作為日式房間的體驗還是很不錯的，温泉必須給滿分，兩個大浴場體驗下來都很舒爽。酒店有提供接送站服務，可以提前打電話過去預約哦
