The worst hotel service during the trip. We booked two nights on Ctrip. We fully agreed with the extra bed and extra charges for children, but were informed that the same room type was not available the next day and was already sold out. Because I booked a hotel room and two meals, when I went to dinner in the evening, I saw a sign with my name on it. It was very fresh and thoughtful. It was even more surprising when I walked in. It was such a ceremonial dinner. The paper covering it was the menu. Very delicious food, especially the local golden sea bream. It is so worth it. I will go there again if I have the opportunity. Take a bath twice a day, one in the morning and one in the evening, and you can enjoy the hot springs to your heart's content. The location of the hotel is also very good. Turn left when you go out and there is a passage that goes directly to Atagawa Station. It is very convenient to travel.

The hotel had a car to pick us up at the station, which was unexpected. The room overlooks the sea and the town surrounded by hot springs, which is very pleasant. The hotel's spa facilities are relaxing. There is a convenience store opposite the gate, which can be reached safely through the small tunnel to the left of the gate.

Warm service, comfortable environment, beautiful scenery

So the few things I did not like where the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable, the onsen water was hot enough to burn me (the rock onsen at the bottom) and the pool closed SOOOO early that we didn’t get to experience it at all. I paid a lot of money for that hotel and then didn’t even get to experience the pool. But the staff was very accommodating and made great efforts to speak English to us.

This was my second time staying here. I stayed here again because the food was delicious last time and the room with an open-air bath was within my budget. This time, I stayed in a corner room, which was larger than the last time and had a great view. The staff were all very nice. There was a wide variety of baths, and the view was great. In terms of views, it can't compete with a certain hotel in a certain place, but the food scores very highly. The only thing that doesn't make it perfect is that they don't provide coffee in the morning...I would be really happy if they provided even instant coffee.
