非常優秀！是住完忍不住想來給好評的那種！
首先，遇到的每一位員工非常熱情友好，讓人感覺時刻被照顧到。酒店提供車接車送到熱川站，非常方便。我們走的那天還主動幫我們聯繫吉祥亭的工作人員去熱川站交接行李，免去了行李寄存的煩惱～當我們表示有點咳嗽後，有位年輕小哥非常熱心地包了葯給我們，後來再遇到他還會關心地問咳嗽有沒有好些，瞬間被暖到！
另一個值得稱道的地方是餐食（對比了吉祥亭後更覺得希納封神哈哈哈），每頓飯的精緻程度拉滿，敢用龍蝦鮑魚做刺身可見食材的新鮮程度。招牌金目鯛更是每桌一整條，比起吉祥亭每人一小塊真是大方啊！
最後説説温泉，酒店有一個公共泡池，還有6個露天私湯和一個室內家庭私湯，關鍵是不用預約完全免費，想泡就泡！這一點作為温泉酒店來説也算是能打了吧
真心推薦想去伊豆泡温泉的親們沖這家，幾乎沒有中國人，非常低調但完美！
