非常好的一次體驗，酒店的每個服務人員都很有禮貌，非常貼心，有求必應；早餐和晚餐都很好吃，每天的菜單都有變化；海景一流，房間裏就能看到海；温泉也很舒適

住在望水的體驗特別值得懷念。第一天因為航班問題遲到了，錯過最晚的晚餐時間，酒店很耐心地特例等待我們到了八點多，感恩~早起就看到太平洋的日出，傍晚看到太平洋慢慢升起月亮，泡着温泉，吃着懷石料理，是伊豆最舒適的兩天。

- 景色：是真的不錯 居家可看日出 給5分
- 住的：房間設定還挺合理的 不會覺得太小 也不會覺得設施很老 被子特別短不懂是什麼習俗 給4分吧
吃的還行，晚餐比較豐富但沒什麼記憶點，第二日早餐感覺有點縮水，給個4分不能再多了
- 服務：是真差啊；入住時服務員可能來的不久很多事説不清楚；説了早上8點再早餐，7點20就開始上門要收拾被褥；明明衹定了一晚晚餐，前台記成了兩晚還得反覆問他們才確認沒有第二晚，最後結賬時也出錯了單子；lounge全天免費還不錯但12-16入住高峯啥也不提供（有個咖啡也好啊）説好中午12點打掃結果10點多開門進來也不看有沒有人就開始聊天幹活，打開卧室門看到客人在休息後終於走了；綜上肯定不及格給個2分吧
- 泡湯：私湯房間特別的大，一晚送一次50min；到這稍微挽救了點分
- 交通：走路10分鐘有條小路可以去伊豆北川站（小），每15分鐘酒店提供接駁車可以送去伊豆熱川站（大）。但這個位置，往南是河津要20多分鐘，往北是伊豆高原要20多分鐘，兩頭不沾，去哪都不太方便。

一進酒店就可以看見一望無際大海的感覺真好！酒店的餐飲也不錯，就是早上送餐時間稍微有點早，還特意體驗了一下SpA,服務真的很細節，連按摩師的手都嫩的和豆腐一樣！對這大海泡温泉絕美！

超棒體驗
建議到伊豆熱川站下車坐酒店短駁車，超級方便，輕鬆，15分鐘一班。最好是出行前和酒店確定下。千萬別從伊豆北川站下來！我們拖着行李箱，Google maps真的直接把我們導航到山上…
設施：不新，但很人性化。泡完澡有免費的飲料和按摩椅哦～
衞生：乾淨清爽 尤其是廁所沒有異味。
環境：超棒了
服務：親切 禮貌。尤其是酒店內老一輩的服務態度真的很贊！敬業！
