酒店在伊豆熱川站下來爬山走10分鐘左右，酒店就在海邊，有兩個露天湯可以泡，摟定哪個早晚還和男湯對調一下，就是説可以泡三個露天温泉，酒店有自助晚飯吃，很不錯的

とても安心感のあるホテルでした！スタッフ達が皆暖かい雰囲気で丁寧で、朝晩のバイキングもラインナップがとっても良く、特に夕飯時のお刺身に寿司、美味しいアルコール飲み放題に、期間限定の海老マヨチリが最高でした！！また来年必ず利用します！

中学生の息子と2人で利用しました。 廉価ですので、古さなどは覚悟の上でしたが… 風呂の汚さには絶句しました。 タイルは剥がれ、剥がれた部分は段差が低くなる為、洗い場の水が溜まっていて、足を付けるのが苦痛でした。伊藤園は初めて行きましたが、廉価な宿に多くを求めてはいけないのでしょうね… こんなクオリティなら何度も行く気にはならない。 全然、結構な旅加減ではない。 倍払ってでも宿はしっかり選ぶべきと教えていただきました。

とっても良かったです。 本当に良かったんです。 ただひとつ、お部屋の露天風呂に夕方蚊が何匹も出たこと以外は・・ （しかも真冬なのに）。 ＊でも出たのは夕方だけで、夜や朝は出ませんでした。

伊東園ホテルはもうかなり泊まりましたが、また来ようねといえるところはなかなかないですな。 ここは内装が良くないとかドアがバタンバタンうるさいとか、どこの伊藤園でもあるところは仕方ないにしても、部屋に蚊がいて潰しても潰してもどこからか出てきて、結局夜は何度も目が覚めて寝た気がしませんでした。せっかく部屋風呂つきの部屋で窓から見える景色も最高だったのに残念。食事はまあまあだし従業員の受け答えも良かっただけに残念。たぶんもう来ません。
