房間直麪大海，每天聽着海浪聲入睡。前台有多位中國員工，溝通起來很方便。距離JR車站走路10分鐘左右，不想走路也可以坐酒店半小時一班的接駁車。浴場有一個室內温泉一個露天温泉，露天温泉可以看到大海。

To be honest, I don't think it's as good as I imagined. The hotel smells, and the room is not very clean. There are stains on the carpet. However, the sea view is really good, which is an extra surprise.

我覺得很棒熱川館 雖然時間挺久的這個温泉酒店 但是其他都不錯 性價比也好 有多位會説中文還有粵語服務人員，長春小女孩很熱情很熟悉環境。公共湯池的室外很爽，每個房間都能看到海 很美，擦臉乳霜沐浴洗髮的都是pola的蠻好用哈哈哈

來日本住過好幾次日式温泉旅館，熱川館的服務還是給我驚艷的感覺。入住前提前聯繫酒店就能預訂接站服務，而且酒店有非常多會中文的服務員，溝通無障礙。一到熱川站，就能看到舉着牌子的接站工作人員。從辦理入住，到引領至客房介紹設施，奉上歡迎茶水，幫忙拎行李箱，服務員姐姐都是全程陪同。可能是因為不是很大的酒店，所以服務真的非常到位。晚上下樓去販賣機買飲料的時候，前台的大叔也主動前來給我們塑料袋裝，真的無微不至。
酒店確實擁有一線海景，包括露天的泡池也能夠觀景。不過海景確實太看天氣，我們入住那天天氣不理想，天公不作美成了莫大的遺憾…熱川確實不太熱鬧，酒店附近的便利店也挺遠，如果晚上容易餓可能在來之前先買一點食物備着比較好。
酒店每一層、每一個房間都有命名，非常風雅的感覺。但確實感覺酒店有點舊了，房間裏還是能感覺到歲月的斑駁，但感覺這也是日式温泉酒店的普遍狀況了。我個人覺得還挺有味道hhh
早晚餐都非常精緻，擺盤富有巧思。這也是我第一次吃送到房間裏的餐食，體驗感不錯。不過性價比可能確實一般，同樣價格在餐館能吃到更好。鑒於酒店附近並不便利，如果前來入住還是建議預訂有餐食的選擇。
