東京・久米川のホテル セントピアの１Fにある 《レストラン さんぽみち》の朝ご飯。 宿泊しなくても利用が出来き、ダイレクトにレストランへ訪問が可能です。メニューは洋食・和食・朝カレーの3種。セルフサービスのドリンクバーがついています。 ホテルの朝食は和定食。と決めているので和食660円を注文。 *が、生*・目玉焼き・*焼きかの選択が可能で「目玉焼き」でお願いします。目玉焼きを焼いていただいているのにスピーディーな提供です。ご飯とお味噌汁。おかずはお重に入っていて 目玉焼き・お魚・切り干し大根・納豆・海苔のラインナップ。 お魚は煮魚ですが鯖缶。外食で鯖缶は初めての経験。ある意味斬新。 味が濃い目なのでご飯が進みます。 切り干し大根と思っていたのは、中華風のもやし？？かな。酸味が効いていて、頭の中が「切り干し大根」になっていたので、少しビックリ。 納豆を良くかき混ぜ、ご飯に乗せて海苔で巻いていただきます。 至福な一時です。。。。 ご飯の量も多く、納豆・鯖缶で食べ進めてもたっぷりいただける量です。 最後は目玉焼きのお醤油をかけ、ご飯に乗せて完食。 半熟な黄身が割れ、ご飯と一緒にいただくのが小さな喜び。 朝ご飯としては、ぴったりな内容です。
