Treasa was a fantastic server, very friendly and helpful, especially with our 9 month old baby! The room was clean and the stay was quiet. All the employees greeted us upon arrival and thanked us for staying. We'll be sure to visit again the next time we're passing through!

High Level has work clientele that frequently use this hotel. They do their best with the restrictions this presents. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were clean.

My son loves the comfort of the pillows and bed. I appreciated the indoor and outside door room accessibility and the physical fitness room. Rintu kitchen chef, Treasa breakfast attendant, and front desk staff, Komal and Karimella, they are all wonderful. Plus the room was very clean and well maintained with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Best staff experience we’ve had in a long time- number one reason to stay here. The pool was also amazing- making it the second reason to pick this hotel amongst all others in High Level

Excellent hotel, I have stayed here multiple times for work and have no complaints! The restaurant is also really wonderful, everything I have had has been great. The staff and the servers are all very friendly and polite and the customer service was great (Lyn was great as well as all the other servers and the breakfast staff!)

We stayed here for a night, it was great! We had our breakfast, Chef RIOS was so friendly he made sure we enjoyed the food! Also I will never forget the kindness and super accomodating server MARNE. Indeed, we had some great conversation how great the town is! She made sure we are having a good day! Their service is so great! The front desk staff were also friendly 🙂 overall thank you for the service 🙂

This place is great! The rooms were spacious,clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable and the amenities were great.! The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options. Staffs were very friendly specially marne the server,chef aaron and rios are so friendly and there service was so excellent.

Great food and service, special thanks to chef Jack for accommodating my special food request, I tend to stray away from veggies and he had made it his goal to gives me a meal I would love without veggies! We had a great time and I would visit again next time I am in High Level again!

The food was delicious! Everything came out timely and warm. The prime rib cheddar burger was very yummy! Great staff and service! Everyone was very friendly and kind. The best meal in all of high level from the food to the ambiance to the staff.
