They had someone knocking on doors and threatening me and the manger or anyone for that matter didn’t come check or anything or let me know things where ok to leave

Bathroom ceiling was in bad shape, the room overall was not worth what we paid for the stay. Would definitely not recommend

Elevator small and not to clean,among other issues,jacuzzi tub that wouldn’t hold water double shower that one head didn’t work ,stinks bugs in the room,a smear of something over the window ,sugar spoon packets for coffee were open and items missing .breakfast was not a complete continental breakfast,very limited items.

Requested to speak to the owner who was in the office and he refused to. Told me I was banned for smoking in a room because they found a sealed never open cigar package. Requested a late check out of 1pm which I always do. The front deck manager then lied and said we never allow anyone to check out at 1pm. Even though I just did it two days before by her. Then tried charging my card for $150 over 7 times.

The condition of the hotel did not reflect the pictures online. Overall condition was terrible and dirty. Elevator was dirty and room had a musty smell. Bathroom tile was moldy in the shower and floor. Door to the bathroom dragged on the floor and was difficult to close. We only stayed because it was late and we left early the next morning even though we booked a second night. Hotels. Com charged me higher rate than the hotels rates so I won’t be booking through you again.staff at hotel we’re nice and apologetic about the condition of the room.
