The hotel property was worn, service was nonexistent, and the restaurant breakfast made me sick two days in a row. After that I quit eating there. The view from the room was great, but the bathroom was old and parts broken in it. The pictures in the publications must have been altered as it did not look as nice in person. Over all I was disappointed as my wife and I were looking forward to the resort experience. We aren’t very picky, however, the loud slow elevators, the people yelling and screaming at night (weekend), the worn atmosphere of the entire place really left a bad taste. Small things: Silly rudimentary things were missing, like a place to hang your towel in the bathroom. By the way, the bathroom was quite small. After checking in, there were no offers to take your bags to your room. (This is resort service?) You had to find your way to your room, drag your bags across the pool area. Overall, it felt more like a holiday inn than a resort. The backs of the chairs in the expensive restaurant (Latitudes) were dirty. The food was greasy, and the hosts had an attitude. The wait staff were great. Overall, the clientele were over 75 years of age and from the east coast, many loud and obnoxious. We made the best of it, but won’t be back. Too much money for too little service in an old worn out hotel with a
