The hotel is nice and clean. For a small hotel in Japan, the price/performance ratio is good. You can consider staying there.

It was spacious and comfortable. They were so kind that I had a comfortable stay.

Very clean, but a bit far from Beppu.

The heating doesn't work well on cold winter days, so it might be a bit hot on cold mornings. However, I really like the miso soup at breakfast, so I'm happy that it's reasonably priced.

It has become a popular inn, but the problem is that it is almost impossible to make a request on the day. Lucky if you get a reservation.The bed, the room and the common areas are very clean. If you're traveling alone on a weekend and just want to sleep because you're tired, and you're choosing a hotel in Beppu that has a lot of history but is a bit outdated, the website gives me the impression that it's better to go for something a little cheaper and cleaner. I was also grateful that I was able to change my reservation for a room without meals to one that included breakfast. There were many outlets in the room, including USB, which was very convenient for my recent travels where I use a lot of mobile devices. Does the toilet lid need improvement?
