Overall was good.
Only complaint about their carpet has so many dirty spots,
I think they need to do deep cleaning or replace a new carpet .

Make a mistake did not noticed my booking is without a bath room in the room, have to settle shower shared bath at the onsen.
Did not expect half board dinner serve Japanese set and not a buffet dinner, Thanks to the chef make changes for the dinner for my daughter which she don’t take fish meal. Thumbs up to the restaurant staff .

The facilities were old, but the room was very clean.
The staff at the front desk and in the dining area were very kind.
I called the front desk to confirm check-in time, but they were short-staffed and did not answer, but other than that it was perfect.
I stayed alone on business. My reservation for one person was not communicated, so I was charged the hot spring tax for two people.
When I explained the situation, they corrected it to one person, but I would have liked them to respond more clearly based on the guest name at the time of booking.
There is a problem with trip.com's reservation specifications and I would like them to improve it.

Although the hotel is in a remote location, it seems that all the rooms are facing the seaside. In addition, the rooms have large glass windows, so you can easily see the sea view.
