2年前に行った時は良かったのですが、今回行ったらチェックインに1時間も待たされ、その間エアコンも扇風機もないロビーでただ待たされました。
エレベーターはあるのに動いておらず、階段を使わないといけませんでした。
すみませんでしたの一言もなく、やっとチェックイン出来て部屋に行ったら、床はほこりまみせ。
いつ掃除したの？ってぐらいでした。
あげく窓枠のサッシも外れていて、ガラスがむき出しで怖かったです。
目の前が海なので、部屋からの眺めは良かったです。
唯一良かったのがオーシャンビューだけです。
他は何も良い所は無しです。
もう次に行くことはないです。

Great Hotel Came down from Kandy with my husband for a break.The best location with the best beach and view. Room was clean and had everything we needed with kettle and mini fridge. Staff so friendly not to forget the friendly Manager Robert who took time to talk to us. Finally the best breakfast we had such a choice and waffles made to order. Not the last time we will be back.

Great stay best location Came for a weekend. Had a Seaview room very clean and comfortably .Best location in Hikkaduwa service really friendly and must mentioned the new foreign manager so friendly and talking to all guests. Extra plus is the great breakfast buffet such a choice even having waffles made by order. Will be back soon.

Best location , highly recommended Came with a group of friends from Colombo best location in Hikkaduwa. Rooms were clean and had every thing .Good value , and such good breakfast choice even waffles and eggs made to order. Must mentioned the manager Robert that went around and spoke to all guests. We will definitely be back.

First of all don't lisren to the bad reviews. The place is lovely. New management and everythingbis clean, staff are loveky. Deluxe buffet breakfast, the best I had in all my stays. Rooms are amazing with tge best views of the beach, fishing area and sunset. Great shower, super comfy beds, quality linen, nice cold fridge.Great price, I just wish I stayed longer. highly recommended

Pros:
- Hotel personal is welcoming and friendly.
- Beach is amazing. The best on in Hikkaduwa. If you enjoy swimming, you will love it.
- View from the room is perfect. But you have to book the Premium Ocean View
Cons:
- Towels are not as clean as you would like them to be
- Be aware of bugs in room
- Cleaning stuff do not wipe floor and have to be reminded to change towels.
