各方面與價格不匹配，給我們的房間兩個空調都是壞的，讓換房間不給換，非要叫人來修，弄得滿地都是水，不建議來住，照片肯定是好看的，但是都是假象

Crystal Sands has really set itself apart from the rest of the hotels on the Southern Coast of Sri Lanka. Not only was the service and food top notch, the plunge pool in our 2 bedroom Sky Villa allowed us to relax to the max! In-Villa dining at no additional cost was greatly appreciated and the F&B manager really went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. I cannot recommend the Tempest Tapas menu higher! The Lunu Dehi Prawns added a delightful Sri Lankan twist on a Spanish classic, and those little Tuna Crudo bites were to die for! All in all, I would rate this beautiful boutique hotel 6/5 if TripAdvisor would let me!

Absolutely stunning location and that plunge pool in every unit just takes everything to the next level! Literally a vacation in the sky with sea view for acres in front of you. The food was great and the staff was super friendly and extremely attentive! The GM Wayne made sure everything was in order. The rooms are a bit small but the living space and the unit in general is spacious and beautiful. The attention to detail was amazing with every small thing. And most importantly the units are sound proof which is very hard to find in Sri Lanka. An absolutely amazing stay and would definitely highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at crystal sands Rathgama with my family. To the beginning to end it was brilliant. Special thanks goes to the sajith at the restaurant who always there to assist us with anything. The restaurant staff was helpful too. It was short but worth every bit of it with the magnificent ocean..! Hope to visit again

We went to crystal sand for our honeymoon, I should tell that the sky villas were really amazing, should not forget about the food!! Those were really amazing. Guys!!! You really did a good job with food. On the second day, we had a small accident on the pool having a glass inside, however, FOM poornima (I guess) immediately came to the room and checked on us. The best thing is she offered us a late checkout and COMP Lunch!! Still we said okay since your food was really delicious! Shout out to all the staff at the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay and looking forward to staying with you again. Again! The B E S T !

Great place for a family stay. Stunning views of the Indian ocean. Excellent food, friendly staff, great amenities. Beat hotels hands down for family stays! Very luxurious experience all around. Kids loved the plunge pool and constant stream of commands to Alexa!

I was at the property to celebrate my birthday. The parking was safe and the security was helpful. Everyone was welcoming from the parking slot to the reception. Check in was quick and everything was well explained. We were escorted to our suite which was decorated. Suite was clean and the view was absolutely beautiful. Food was good. Roof top Restaurant is nice for a peaceful dinner. We booked for 1 night but eventually stayed for 2. It was so peaceful, simply listening to the sound of waves. I thank the security. Thank you reception team especially for sharing the mobile charger. I thank the room service team for bringing the meals on time and you all were very polite and cheerful. Thank you to the Roof top Restaurant team. Thank you house keeping team especially the 2 young lads who came for the turn down service, so friendly and concerned. Thank you to the Chefs for the great food. Thank you to the General manager for his sincere follow up email. You have a fantastic team .

Good food and great service, good place for a family or a couple. We visited with family and occupied the 401 3 bedroom apartment and there were enough space and the quality of the apartment is really good up to the standard. There is a beach you can relax and a roof top restaurant as well. Also Crystal Sands is closer to many places to visit in down south. Easy and convenient. The staff was super supportive. Food is also good quality and tasty. .
