I directly felt very welcome, once I entered the hotel. The staff was very motivated and could help me out directly as there were some issues with the electricity in my room. The motivated and very warm staff made it easy to relax and enjoy the stay. They also explained to me the vegan options they had for breakfast - this is not usual for hotels, so very appreciated! In the room itself, they have also USB-A and USB-C connections, so no worries about forgetting your charger blocks. The room overall was very clean. I was there during a business trip and could also work in total silence and do some meetings. The Internet connection was stable. Keep on doing the good work and hope to see you soon!

We have stayed here on our way to North Yütland (about half the distance) from 09.09./10.09.2023 for the second time with our small dackedmam. The parking area just in front of the building costs 10 euros per day, but it is recommended due to the park situation in the surrounding area. The (old) marine cemetery is also good for dog owners, which is now a park and you can run well over the day. The room/hotel was in a beautiful / maintained condition (as last year) and can be recommended by us without any doubt.

The hotel is close to the old town. The rooms are large enough. Unfortunately, you haven't found a better alternative at the shower/toilet. The shower is actually in the bedroom and is not separate and very narrow. The toilet is separate. Our room to the street was quite noisy at open windows, but at closed windows it is well noise-isolered. The rooms are relatively easy to fit according to the hotel category, but clean. The staff at the reception should be a little friendlier! Are you somehow like in a youth hostel! Garage spaces are available for money. For a short stay the hotel is well suited. Breakfast would not be chosen by us.

Great location for our intented purpose with our work trip. Nice room, good service, fantastic breakfast and a fully reasonable price for what was included. Got no complaints and I'm looking forward to coming back in the future.

The train station walked for more than 10 minutes and there was a supermarket around. There is a coffee machine in the room. Very quiet. Stayed for two nights! very satisfied. I didn't know that it was a self-check-in when I checked in. Ctrip didn't tell me before. Almost didn't know the password, so I called the hotel.

A very nice hotel,..absolutely a place we will come back to! Rom service: Very good for us that have been driving for hours! A big fabilious bed! Clean and nice,..both the rom and bathroom! Very Happy that you ar welcoming dogs! 🐶 The breakfust was so good!

It feels harsh writing this review as this hotel is well put together, clean and I went during time of COVID when they were clearly just opening up, I may also stay here again the next time I come to Hannover BUT this experience was somewhat disappointing. Firstly issue was that when we arrived, it took 20-30 minutes before I saw anyone who could help me check in. During check-in (the guy who eventually arrived didn't really seem to know how to use their computer systems) they moved my payment to a different section which led to them asking me about 3/4 times during my stay for payment despite the fact I had already paid and had evidence of it. In fact, this slowness (during a quiet time for the hotel) was a factor many times. Over and over again people disappeared and there was no one on the front desk or around to help. When I got to our room I wanted to call to the desk to ask for some item (I forget right now but they didn't have it) and there was no phone in the room. Quick thinking (kinda) made me call off my mobile. I rang SEVEN times to the front desk - no one answered. I eventually went downstairs to try to find someone. The phone is a classic example of things they don't have. There's a hair and body wash hooked into the shower (surprising for such a nicely finished hotel) but there is no extra amenities. No soap by the sink, no shower cap, no body lotion. I don't need 30 books I'm never going to read which are going to collect dust, I want items I may use. Similarly, they pitch this amazing mini bar which is free - one shot of gin, some tonic, a couple of bottles of water and coca cola and an alcohol-free beer. That's it. For two people. We would have both loved to start off our holiday getting ready to meet friends with a proper beer each - but I guess that doesn't matter to everyone. Another time I ordered an iron - no one seemed to understand what that was. Eventually, after an hour and 4 phone calls and a friend asking downstairs, one arrived. It was a good one to be fair but I was no an hour later than I wanted to be. I think style before substance is the best way to sum up this. It looks great but nothing is functioning properly. I will say there was one lady on the front desk (I forget her name) who was superb. But she was the highlight of a poor stay. Oh, it is quiet and the bed is super comfy though.

My wife and I stayed two nights. We have been here before on shorter stop-overs and chose the hotel again for our recent stay. The hotel is located in the Exhibitions Area with very good access to motorways A37, A7, and A2, and the Leine-Center with about 60 shops and restaurants is within a short walk. Even though the hotel is situated outside the downtown area, it is okay for sightseeing in the Hannover area. Within a short walk you will find the subway station Laatzen Zentrum (U1) with excellent connections to downtown and other lines. Short time parking is available for check-in and check-out in front of the hotel and good garage parking is available at EUR 7/night. Unfortunately, the short time parking spaces were used for overnight parking during our stay, and this annoying issue should be addressed by the management. Our room was a business room with access to the Executive Lounge. The room was spacious and comfortable with a/c, safe and coffee maker. It was very quiet and clean, and in the business lounge we had a drink and a snack both days. The included buffet breakfast was very good with a large selection of both hot and cold dishes.

In the so-called hunger, the building complex of Novotel Hildesheim, a nerve health care centre was previously located. This Omen is not bad, because the stay is nerve-friendly and a relief for body and mind. A quiet, very quiet place in a parking-like area is expected one a coherent, a little smaller room in classic (bad languages say old) design. But everything is coherent and suits the character of the building. Air conditioning missing and this could lead to loss of comfort in summer. The hotel bar is very good and there are no complaints about breakfast. A successful stay and (hopefully) as healed.
