Personalet i receptionen var meget hjælpsomme. De hjalp med at åbne sauna udenfor de faste tider det var en fantastisk service. Maden i restauranten hang ikke sammen med prisklassen , specielt morgenmaden der var tørre pandekager, hårde som sten. For lidt opfyldning og personale der ikke forstod hvad vi bad om.De fyldte kun op når vi selv påpegede mangler.

Wir waren von Mittwoch Abend bis Freitag morgen in diesem Haus. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir auf den abendlichen Grillabend hingewiesen und haben abends auch im Hotel gegessen. Mein Mann war zufrieden mit dem Angebot von Fleisch und Beilagen. Ich hatte eine sehr leckere Suppe und einen Burger der essbar war. Das Zimmer war durchschnittlich. Sehr ärgerlich waren die Lichtschalter am Bett, angebracht 10 cm über der Matratze. Da kommt man dann leider nachts auch mal dran. Uns wurde beim einchecken gesagt, wir bekämen ein frisch renoviertes Zimmer. Entweder wurden die alten Möbel und wieder eingebaut oder es war eine Lüge. Das Personal war teilweise ganz freundlich, teilweise ahnungslos und eher arrogant. Kein Platz zum wohlfühlen und wir werden hier nicht wieder übernachten.

The area is peaceful but there are no services nearby. Hotel food was pretty good, though, especially breakfast. The gym is quite decent with modern equipment but no free weights besides an incline bench and 1-10kg dumbbels

Hotel mit Ambiente in schöner Lage mit Blick auf Hildesheim. Tolles Frühstück, Fitnessraum und Saunabereich. Zugang leider nicht barrierefrei und Zimmer teilweise hellhörig.
