Hillarys Harbour Resort

Check in was smooth and receptionist was lovely. They even called me before check in a few hours before. Apar**ent faced the carpark towards Scarborough. Room was clean and tidy. Kitchen has everything you need. Nice hot water as well. TV in bedroom and another TV in the lounge room. Dining table and chairs and balcony for you to have your morning coffee. My partner and I were very happy shame we couldn't stay longer but next time will for sure. There is also a snack machine that has drinks and some emergency items for you in case you forget your toothbrush ect. The pool area looks nice also has a sauna which was closed obviously due to covid. What a great hotel and close to all the restaurants qns everything you need. Shopping centre isn't far which is Whiitfords Shopping Centre if you need to get some food before you arrive at your hotel. My partner and I 100% recommend to stay here as also you can do a trip to Rottnest Island for the day! 5 stars thank you for having us much appreciated

I absolutely love this place, and I would highly recommend it to everyone. We booked into a 5-star hotel in the city-it was shocking so we rang around and found Nautica Residences. It is the best decision I have made. I have loved my stay here and would highly recommend Nautica Residences. I will stay here every time I come to Perth!

The windows and/or doors need fixing. The wind whistled and rattled through them all night disturbing my sleep. Because my vehicle was being serviced I’d indicated I might need to stay a second night but that never eventuated (fortunately) so the next morning at 9.45am I checked out only to be told that a second night’s charge had been processed against my card. No problem, the receptionist said and she reversed the charge. But she didn’t include the surcharge fee of $3.75. When questioned I was told they don’t do that on refunds.!?%# A small amount but I’m annoyed - hence this review which I normally wouldn’t bother with.

VERY GOOD AS AWAYS, THEY MANAGED TO GET US IS FOR A FEW EXTRA DAYS AT THE END OF OUR STAY. WE ALWAYS STAY THERE WHEN VISITING FAMILY IN THE WEST. THE STAFF ARE HELPFUL AND KNOW THE LOCAL ATTRACTIONS. WE ARE LOOKING FOWARD TO OUR NEXT VISIT.

My 2 year old granddaughter and I had a short stay here this week. There was plenty for her to do, from walks around the Harbour walls, to the beach playground and the child friendly cafes. The apar**ent had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable and were were nice and cosy with the air con turned on warm.

Really pleased with our night in a one bedroom apar**ent on 3rd floor. We had a great view over the carpark to the sea from our balcony, and were very close to all amenities at Hillarys Boat Harbour. Rooms very clean and practical, had everything we needed included a 2nd tv in bedroom. Staff at reception at check in and check out very friendly and efficient. Secure car park underground very welcome. Definitely recommend it , excellent value, will be back!

When I checked out this morning the gentleman at the reception asked if there was anything negative during our stay. I said "The only negative thing was that we only got to stay one night!" That sums up our experience during our (sadly) very short stay. The 2 bedroom apar**ent was perfect for our stay. Both had ensuites which was great. We also had a balcony with ocean views so that was lovely. The apar**ent itself was very comfortable and clean. Our check-in with Robbie the resort manager was very quick and efficient. I arrived at reception around lunch time to ask if, as resort guests, receive a discount at AQWA, an amazing underwater aquarium. We did and since our room was ready she let me check in early and use our keys as proof of stay to receive out discount. Perfect! During our stay we enjoyed dinner at 3 Sheets (very enjoyable!), a cocktail at The Breakwater (also very enjoyable!) and a leisurely walk around the Quay. Our much needed short family getaway did not disappoint us. Hopefully we can stay longer next time!

What a brilliant place! We stayed for two nights in a 2x2 floor apar**ent, overlooking Aqwa. The apar**ent was clean, cosy and had everything you could need cooking and cleaning up (dishwasher with powder, washing machine with powder and etc). We also had a car bay in a secured car park. The beds were easily the most comfortable hotel beds we’ve stayed in, and we had plenty of pillows and blankets for our needs. Absolutely lovely, we’ll be back! Important: We travelled with our daughter in a wheelchair, the apar**ent and hotel grounds were accessible.
