Room was clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable.
Curtains would not close all the way. Bathroom exhaust fan and one bathroom light fixture did not work at all. Notified management about these upon checkout and they seemed responsive.

Pull-out bed was very uncomfortable. You're basically sleeping on a 98% metal coil mattress. Breakfast was "just okay". Receptionist could've been friendlier. Free laundry use was nice.

uncomfortable furniture (sofa bed was terrible), temperature control heat/cool was limited to the living area (not bedroom), hassle to access ice

It was clean, smelled fresh and clean without an artificial scent which I appreciated. Breakfast items could have been warmer for the hot items. Otherwise over and all good for our family time at a memorial service nearby. Thank you very much.

The room was very comfortable. Bed was firm, the L shaped desk and desk chair was perfect to work at. I loved the kitchenette with full size fridge. Only thing that needs help is the breakfast. Items were lukewarm, but were tasty once warmer using microwave in room. Would stay again.
