When checking in to the hotel the guy at the front desk was instantly unwelcoming, he had headphones in his ear and took one out to ask how can he help me. I told him I was checking in and had previously already made and paid for my reservations. He began to tell me there was no reservation under my name, then told me my card had been declined. When I showed him the charge to my card he said that it was not a proof of purchase. After showing him my confirmation for the room and explaining we already traveled 2 1/2 hours to get there and trying to find out what we would need to do to get a room (by this time it was already 1:30 in the morning) he got very nasty and rude with my boyfriend. I made him contact his manager and he seen my reservation. We finally got into our room and it was FILTHY there was what looked like dry blood on the rug next to the bed, mold on the mini fridge door, creepy crawlers around the bed, the room looked like they had only changed the sheets and towels and did not wipe anything down or vacuum at all. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE AT ALL!
