My family really enjoyed our stay here. But for the price we thought the pools come with our stay but unfortunately NO. Our tv also didn’t work and the neighbours power keept turning off which led him into our room and invaded our privacy which we didn’t like at all. Other than that we really enjoyed it.

Very nice room, spacious and functional.
Really I would recommend it to anyone who wants to go to Rotorua, it's one of the best places.
My children had a great time at the swimming pool.

The hot spring is the biggest feature. My kids are very happy to go there every day. You can park your car at the door and add a room when you check in. It is also convenient for cooking. You can go to the Chinese supermarket to buy everything you want. You can also make hot pots. There is an electric hot pot!
