Beautiful Condo in the Heart of Hilo - Pool - A/C #718

The location is well worth the price. It’s central located. I appreciated the kindness of the host and really enjoyed my mornings on the lanai.

Beautiful place! Convenient and close to everything. Bed was super comfy too! Condo is spacious as well. We had a great time.

The property was ideally located for my purposes, visiting relatives and friends. The one bedroom, one bath room was clean and had all the amenities to make one’s stay very comfortable: air conditioning, refrigerator, microwave, oven, pots and pans, dishes, cutlery, etc.The view from the 7th floor unit was appealing. One could gaze at the lagoon view for a long time.At first I was concerned about the parking space for the unit. I am uncomfortable with unground parking spaces. The parking space is ideally located which made me very happy.All in all I was very happy with stay at this unit.

We were in Hilo for college baseball. Room was close to the field, the airport and downtown. The view was beautiful and relaxing. There was plenty of space.

This was one of the best maintained VRBOs that we have rented. Many of the furnishings and appliances were older but everything was clean and well maintained and in good working order. Having the large green space adjacent to the building was a pleasant amenity. Our family enjoyed several morning and evening walks through the park and chatting with the locals fishing in the waterway. Having parking included was very convenient.

We wanted something where we could walk to town. It was convenient and we got the exercise we wanted. The patio looks out on the lagoon and beautiful park.The unit was clean. We used the laundry facilities. It was a great week for us.

We didn't use the pool as the environment didn't seem very inviting. Near driveway and asphalt like pool deck. Unit is a bit dated, but clean and well stocked. Convenient location. Quiet complex with a great view of the park.
