I had such a great experience in Hilton Head

Good front desk staff. Clean and easy to navigate.

Beautiful location

Very dated! No microwave which is a first! Misleading info on line as back is a mess and hotel is crediting the resort fee when they should lower their room rates. Poor value. Would recommend not staying here. I traveled 40 years in sales and this is a huge misrepresentation of value.

The staff was rea, friendly. Cant wait to see the finish results of their new pool and tiki hut.

The tiki hut was closed for maintenance, but there was a nice little place within walking distance.

Checkin was an easy and pleasant experience. I've had nothing but positive enjoyable interaction with staff at all levels. From the housekeepers in the hall to the servers in the restaurant. Excellent customer service.

Under construction but it didn't bother us, close to ocean what we came for. Sara checked us in, she was very friendly. We had breakfast at the porch, it was very good and fast. Would stay again, can't wait for it to be completed.

The resort is being renovated in a very charming way. The decor is beachy. The outdoor pool area will be beautiful when finished. The restaurant and bar are not well run, the service is terrible and the food was mixed, some delicious, others inedible. The waiters and bartenders stood around and talked not checking to see if we needed anything like a knife and fork. I want this place to do well because I like the location but they didn't send housekeeping for 3 days and we had to call because the trash cans were running over and we had a pile of wet towels.The have lots of work to do but most of it is a lack of training with the staff
