We had the opportunity of staying at the Westin Hilton Head Hotel; which from the moment of our arrival until the time of our departure the meaning of customer service and hospitality were above and beyond. I highly suggest having this experience.

We had a wonderful stay at the Westin. The room was clean and newly remodeled. Housekeeping services made sure we had clean towels, coffee and water in the room everyday. The breakfast buffet included a wide variety of foods and made to order omlets. Amarie prepared our omlets both weekend days and the omelets were wonderfully prepared. Overall, the clean beachfront, the excellent food, the modern room are all reasons we had to enjoy our stay and would definitely return.

Highly recommend for families and anyone traveling with their fur baby. We stayed here for Mother’s Day and the staff went over beyond. Amarie was our wonderful server for our Mother’s Day brunch. We only wished she could’ve got off work early and joined us to celebrate Mother’s Day with bottomless mimosas! Thank you, Amarie, for your exceptional service! We hope you enjoyed your Mother’s Day with your family after your shift. 💞💞💞

We really enjoyed our five nights at this property for a recent business conference. The rooms are updated and clean. Most importantly, all of the staff we encountered were outstanding and provided such a positive experience. Everyone seemed to really enjoy their work and interaction with the guests. Two in particular... Gabby/Gabrielle (I think this was her name?), in the open air bar/restaurant called "View 32" was absolutely amazing at handling an evening cocktail hour for a very large business group. She remembered everyone's orders, called everyone by name and found us if we had wandered somewhere else while waiting for the drinks. She did this with a cheery personality and was so efficient, professional and kind. Another, was Carrie, our server at breakfast at the same restaurant. She was so kind, professional and efficient as well. The food and service at the different venues for all of our conference meals was excellent, from breakfast buffets to evening dinners. Kudos to the food and beverage teams and the hotel's general management and overall staff. We would definitely like to return!

We stayed at the Westin on HHI at the end of April through the beginning of May. The beach area and pools are beautiful and relaxing. You don't have the crowds at the beach that are in other areas. We enjoyed eating dinner at View 32. Breakfast at Caroline's was very good and service by Patrick and Gaven made for a pleasant morning exchange. Berlanda (sp?) from the Bahamas made excellent omelets and Bonnie, the hostess, was always cheerful and friendly. My husband and I joked about the employees at Caroline's must have to pass a "friendly" test!! We rented bikes at the Westin and rode along the ocean and then on the grounds around the Westin. It made for a great day. We have previously stayed at the Marriott Resort on HHI but Marriott no longer owns it so we decided to try the Westin. We had some concerns about location before going but found it to be a convenient location. Everyone who worked there was friendly and accommodating. We hope to return to HHI soon and will definitely choose the Westin again.

We had a great stay at the Westin Hilton Head! The hotel is nicely renovated on the inside and is a great destination to explore the island. We really appreciated the thoughtful housekeeping from Fernando. There are lots of love musicians that give the pool area and bars a great a**osphere during the day and the evening.
