Inn and Club at Harbour Town

A big thank you and shoutout to Julie and Grady! To make a long story short, my friend and I were having a terrible morning. Julie and Grady went above and beyond to help us find a solution to our problem and make us feel like royalty in the process. I have never felt so taken care of and was blown away by their kindness. If I ever had the opportunity to hire two employees, those two would be the first ones I would call. God bless you both!

Not even sure where to begin... the staff here is incredible! We were in Sea Pines for a wedding and my friend, Abby lost her phone, and we were trying to find it the next morning. After tracking it, the location said it was Bluffton, SC and that was 30 minutes away from us. We were stranded and had no idea where to go until I saw the Sea Pines shuttle and asked the driver (Grady) if he could give us a ride to our place even though we weren't staying at the Inn. He said he was going that way anyway, and to hop in! While in the shuttle we let him know our situation and he immediately called Julie (the general manager) to try to see how they could get the phone back to us. He then dropped us off at this gorgeous place and Julie called one of her friends that lives in Bluffton to see if they could go to my friend's phone location. While we waited for them to get there, Julie brought us a bottle of champagne (which definitely took the edge off) and we sat on the rocking chairs overlooking the golf course. Julie's friend was able to see that the phone was in the back seat of the uber who took us home. We were so relieved that someone didn't steal it and Abby had just left it in the car. Julie and Brady went above and beyond to try and help us, and we are forever grateful for such great hospitality! Next time I come I am 100% staying at this place. The staff here is wonderful and definitely made our trip one to remember.

Excellent service, excellent sports facilities. room service especially cleaning was excellent. golf courses are beautiful and of course the Hilton head as an island is very pretty and full of natural beauty. we had more fun than savannah.

We had a great time at the Inn. Customer service was outstanding, as they knew our names for each interaction and reacted quickly to any request we had. Their main pool is salt water which we much prefer to chlorine. Most time we had the pool to ourselves as the Inn has less than 60 rooms/suites. If playing golf at Harbour Town the course is steps away. Our suite 227 actually overlooked the 1st tee. The Links restaurant at the clubhouse was great for breakfast I would stay away from Quarterdeck, down near the marina. While the view was outstanding it was chaotic and very loud with kids. The only suggestion I would make is they need a restroom outside at the pool so you don’t need to come inside in your wet swimsuit.

The Inn & Club is a First Class operation and the staff are friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and well trained. For any personal and or business trip to Hilton Head I would first and foremost recommend the Inn & Club at Sea Pines resort. I would go back again, again and again-- Outstanding operation.

We were very impressed with the Inn at Harbour Town. The service was excellent! All of the staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. The shuttle service offered was so convenient to take us to the beach and dinner in Harbour Town. We definitely will return for another visit!

I just left the inn and had an incredible experience. The whole staff was exceptional - Justin Grainger and Janet Wiltshire at the bar were fantastic, Julie Owens the GM was so kind and welcoming, and cant leave out Grady, Mason and Ryan who were great as well! I look forward to returning to the inn in the future. Outside of the top notch service, the hotel itself was beautiful! - Kevin

I , of course, love golf so who wouldn't like to be sitting having lunch overlooking the first tee. Your establishment is showing its age. I don't know how you can possibly keep ahead of updating decor but you seem to be addressing issues as needed.

Our Charleston Commanderie de Bordeaux group traveled to Sea Pines for our Spring dinner on April 25,2024. What an amazing experience! The leadership team, Mark Bowman, Alex Dinnerstein and Sean Carroll curated an outstanding menu to complement our Bordeaux wines. In addition, the service team was extraordinary-flawless. This may become an annual event for our Charleston Chapter. Bravo everyone!
