We are longtime owners of multiple Hilton Grand Vacation Club properties, and overall are quite pleased with the organization. The experience of staying at Ocean Oak Resort is among the top - if not the very best - in all of the Hilton Grand Vacation entities. This is our third time staying here, and consistency + super helpful, friendly staff and the hallmarks of Ocean Oak. Rooms are spacious, amazingly clean, and well equipped with newer appliances and furniture. Quality is high. And EVERY employee we have interacted with over the 3 years - 15-20 - is courteous, respectful, and kind. And any questions or issues are quickly addressed in a pleasant manner. There are a few very minor negatives that we have experienced that we will mention in the interest of objectivity. While the rooms are spotless, the cooking utensils, dishes, cups, plates have at times have not been cleaned very well and we have washed them again. I mention this because it is an odd occurrence we have never experienced ever in the past at over 50 Hilton and RCI trips. Also, some of the amenities like towels, washrags are missing at times. Very minor items, and are immediately corrected by the staff here. You can see if the above items are the worst things we have experienced - this is one incredibly good operation here at Ocean Oak, and you will not be disappointed. Oh yeah...one other thing. It is not easy to book a room here. I suspect it is because most other guests feel the same as we do, and plan on returning often.
