Great hotel, very clean and modern. We stayed in one of the suits and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again! Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful!

Very disappointed after booking on wowcher for my son for a birthday treat for £102 that on arrival he was told that he could use the pool and spa if he paid an extra £10 each for himself and his fiancé he also mentioned that the towels smelled stale and the breakfast was very poor , totally disappointed, Mr Callaghan

A wonderful spa break; the staff were so welcoming and really looked after us. We enjoyed our treatments and will definitely return.

Bedroom was cold and couldn't get temp past 20o, also no hot water for the bath last night, but shower was fine in the morning

Wonderful experience, very clean and smelt amazing!!! Room was large , bathroom was exceptional. The beds were rather hard and I didn’t sleep well at all but that’s personal preference. The breakfast room itself was spotless and looked like new furniture, had everything you needed just not really much of a variety in the hot section . The coffee station was brilliant . Only thing was we did wait a while to be seated as the staff were not in the room where breakfast was . Was very impressed by the spa facilities, the pool was very cold though which was a shame and the changing rooms also were very cold . Would definitely go back again . We were visiting family and always looking for nice hotels in the area and will definitely be back .

Good value and comfortable. Staff were quick to improve state of heating. A step in the bedroom worried us a bit but we all remembered it was there.

Following a brief stint in hospital, I was advised to improve my health and shamefully lose some weight I decided to look at joining with my family the Romans Health and Leisure Spa I advised Ben if my requirements and he swiftly and professionally went through the options as a family membership the various options and I went for the full all access membership As I had returned from hospital, Ben advised that I should start progressively and showed me the various equipment which was plentiful Gahan then advised to start by measuring my weight and height as a record on the health check machine and logged in the details for me as I’m not as tech as I should be I cannot say how helpful they were in setting this up for me and as such a special thank you as I will be a frequent visitor as it is very casual, relaxing and friendly The pool is large and they have adult only times which is good if you want to relax and unwind So just a thank you and well done
