Great hotel, very clean and modern. We stayed in one of the suits and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again! Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful!

Very disappointed after booking on wowcher for my son for a birthday treat for £102 that on arrival he was told that he could use the pool and spa if he paid an extra £10 each for himself and his fiancé he also mentioned that the towels smelled stale and the breakfast was very poor , totally disappointed, Mr Callaghan

What a great find, booked this as a Birthday treat for my mum and wasn't disappointed, it's the extra mile they went to, within minutes of checking in and whilst we were unpacking the car a message was placed in the room wishing my mum a Happy Birthday then when we arrived for our evening meal it was again mentioned that Birthday girl had arrived.... it's the little touches that made the visit perfect. All the staff were helpful and polite and a few stood out, Miyah who checked us in and Millie who served us in the restaurant. Will be returning soon. They are only 20 minutes from Fosse Park so after a quick shopping trip we headed over to relax. The grounds are well kept and we had a great view overlooking the gardens.

Fabulous spa break for six friends. Great value, really good trea**ens in the spa, lovely dinner, good selection of food for breakfast. Nice rooms. We were able to get 3 twin rooms. The spa got a bit busy and noisy at 4pm when kids are allowed in, bit otherwise it was lovely. The staff were lovely, there was an issue with the tills at the bar at dinner & drinks took 40 minutes to arrive. However the staff were very apologetic and gave us a complimentary bottle of wine. We will be back again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our 2 nights at Sketchley Grange Hotel end of April. Very comfortable, clean and spacious room and all the staff were cheerful and helpful. Food was excellent quality and good choices for breakfast and evening meal. Great to have use of the lovely spa facilities too. Location was great for cycling and for sightseeing further afield. Thankyou

Very disappointed. No bath in bathroom, pillows bad, staff didn't get back to me after reporting issues with room on first night. Second night got moved to room with bath but no hot water only tepid. Again pillows bad.

We got a great deal at this hotel and were not expecting great things (for the money). However hotel was not shabby room was very clean and spacious and staff were very friendly. Spa was nice clean and in pretty decent shape. The hotel was really nice even though it was right next to an industrial estate. You wouldn't go to Hinkley for your honeymoon and the town centre was a bit down on its luck. But we went to a pub in a nearby village which was great. The following day we went for walk on Hinkley woods and common which was very pretty. All in all a great night out and fab value.

Brought this afternoon tea and spa etc for my friends 80th birthday present. They booked it for today 7th May. Just rang me to say what a terrible experience, sandwiches bland. Cake, have taken it home, but won't be eating it probably give to birds. They couldn't drink the proceco the taste was awful. I am so disappointed they were so looking forward to it. I asked why they didn't complain and they said there was no one about after they had been served. To complain to.
