Great Breakfast, Good Service, we had a pleasant stay

Place clean staff good only problem pool and spa not working

We won’t stay there again, it’s worse than motels and it’s not cheap. Sound insulation is very bad, room is not cleaned. We found quite a few hair on the sheet. We left as soon as we woke up and did not even want to have the breakfast there although breakfast is included in our room. Very disappointed at Ramada.

Room was nice and cleand stayed 2 nights no complaints.

The only way to go to jasper, rest for a night in the town of hinton The location of the hotel is good, there are several supermarkets next door, you can supply food and water The hotel provides free breakfast, and the variety is also good. Room facilities are slightly old, clean

The hotel I often stay in feels a lot outdated

Not bad, very clean and quiet

I like that the hotel is pet friendly. I don’t like like that the 3 times I have reserved a room the pool and hot tub have been closed.

After 10 days of travelling in Alberta, this was hands down the best stay we had. Unfortunate that the pool and hot tub were closed, but everything else was top notch. Staff was absolutely fabulous, room was clean and comfortable. 10/10 would recommend!

Great place to stay, unfortunately the pool was down for maintenance. So the little ones were disappointed but otherwise everything was fine.

The young man at guest services was very efficient, helping two families at one time with check in😁

Arrived early and was surprised to get to check in.The staff could not be more helpful and having a laundromat on site was a bonus. Great stay.

From website I had the impression there was a restaurant on site. I was disappointed with the promise of a ‘hot breakfast’ - the same fare as many other chains …. And not as good as some. I had heard so much about the Ramada quality that I was disappointed with the ‘average bedding’ and bathroom sink that needs replacement.
