Dirty rooms, rude staff. I paid for the room ahead of time of course through trip.com but had to use my credit card for a $200 hold for “damage deposit” … sorry but a damage deposit for a room in a fleabag hotel? I don’t think so!

The room I had was equipped with the fireplace, which didn’t work. The electrical outlet in the bathroom did not work, and the room was littered with extension cords all over the place to allow for the TV and cable box to work. The hotel is very old and need a Major renovation

New management/ ownership has driven this hotel into the ground. The hotel has undergone renovations but they are very cheaply and poorly done. There is no desk staff after 10 pm until the morning. I checked in and told the front desk my TV wasn't working, they told me they would have it fixed by the time I got back (10 hours later) it was not fixed. I called Hassan the owner? And he told me he'd move me into another room THE NEXT MORNING. The room they put me in did have a working TV but the door frame was coming off of the wall rendering the safety lock useless. I won't be staying here again.

Clean room and very friendly staff. Room was fully renovated, bed was very comfy. I arrived late in the evening on a very cold night. When I entered the room it was very cozy and warm. Breakfast was very good in the morning. I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends
