Dirty rooms, rude staff. I paid for the room ahead of time of course through trip.com but had to use my credit card for a $200 hold for “damage deposit” … sorry but a damage deposit for a room in a fleabag hotel? I don’t think so!

Very pleasant experience to stay at Baymont Hinton. Staff was very welcoming. Jas helped us with our luggages . Room was clean and renovated. Location is very central , surrounded by restaurants and the best part to stay at this hotel was a trail just behind the hotel. It’s great for pet owners to talk their dogs in the forest. I recommend this place to all my family and friends

The room was fine, beds were fairly comforyable BUT when we arrived to our room it was freezing. We had to sleep in our clothes the first night. When we called front desk the explanation was that heating units are old & take awhile to get going. The room was fine the next day. Otherwise, the location was convenient & the price was affordable. Staff were pretty good as well.

Actually i asked the faculty to cancel my reservation and refund my money because i am not coming there but they didn't give me my money
I booked this hotel in December and trying to cancel my reservation in December also and my reservation is for 13 February but they didn't cancel it and my money is all they take

This family friendly hotel is located just off of highway 16 . It’s surrounded by restaurants and only few minutes walk from the shopping centre. Staff was friendly and room was clean. They have huge parking lot. Room was renovated and beds were very comfortable. It is very close to Jasper National Park

The room I had was equipped with the fireplace, which didn’t work. The electrical outlet in the bathroom did not work, and the room was littered with extension cords all over the place to allow for the TV and cable box to work. The hotel is very old and need a Major renovation
