Easy to find. We walk thru the underground walkway, as it was raining when we arrives, try to look for exit 6, there is a lift around there for your luggage. The rest will be on surface... mostly flat ground. Breakfast was nice!

Cons: Small electric sockets (the only plug which could fit my travel plug was in the bathroom).
Strict 10:00 - 17:00 room cleaning rule. I was informed this was the time for cleaning on check-in, I was then phoned each morning at 11:00 to ask if I wanted cleaning (e.g., when are you leaving the room?).
Check-out at 10:00 (because of cleaning?)
Pros: Perfect location. Good A/C & wifi. Cheap laundry service. Great nightly price.

It is within walking distance from the main train station even with the rolling luggage. That is the only good thing about this establishment. The facility is kind of old. We were in Japan for 17 days and in five hotels and this is at the bottom of the list. The WiFi was very poor and I ended up using my Japan WiFi device. The breakfast is limited to one "so called sandwich", salad and a side dish. The drinks were more generous than this. I would not recommend this hotel. The rooms were small but that is the case in all the hotels that we stayed in. I guess that is the norm in Japan.
