とにかく値段の安さにつきます。広島駅から歩ける範囲で、数千円で泊まれることが本当にありがたいです。タオルを持ち込めば、シャンプー・リンスはあります。ローソンが近くにあるのでちょっとした買い物に困りません。グループ部屋でみんなで泊まることもでき、今回は１人でドミトリーをリピート。日本も外国の方もどちらもいます。多目的スペースでは多種多様な椅子、本やゲームなどがあり、くつろげます。
