お風呂が狭い
お湯が定期的に水になる
喫煙場所が敷地内にない
チェックイン時の確認メールが、
システム上の不備があるようで届かない。
（不備があるのに直していない）
チェックイン時の説明文がわかりずらい。
（画面では玄関ドアの暗証番号と書かれているのに、
実際には集合ポストの暗証番号）
掛け布団の中身が、ぼこぼこしている
カーテンの遮光性が低く、日中はカーテンを閉めていても電気がいらないくらい明るい。
目の前が学校の為、平日はうるさく感じる
と、いろいろ上げましたが、
綺麗だし、安いし、敷布団と枕はふかふかで寝やすかったです。
中区の飲み屋街に近いので、距離的には十分。

隅々までゴミやホコリなく清潔でした（シーツだけ使用感が大きかった）。コンビニが近くにいくつもあり、安いコインパーキングも多数近くにあり、便利な立地でした。

窓の外には、学校のグランドがあり、夜は静かでした。
飲屋街と離れたエリアなので、治安も良く、とても安心して眠れました。
駅まで徒歩圏内、路面電車もあり便利だと思います。

The location is good. We saw one cockroach in the unit and another giant one in the building. The unit generally needs an upgrade and modernization. Curtains could have been better. We were 3, incl. 2 teenagers, and the unit felt good up to 2 guests only. It was really tight esp as each of us had luggages.

広島駅の近くでしたが、大通りから少し入った所なのでとても静かで快適でした。
トイレがウォシュレットではなく便座が冷たかったのが少し残念でした。

シャワーの温度調整に難あり、湯が熱すぎて水を加えると、加熱が止まってほぼ水になるのは困った。
あと、トイレはウォシュレットにして欲しい。
