It's definitely the international place that you are looking for.
But they also have all the amenities.
Kitchen is huge and functional.
2 big screen in the common room.
A few sofa and nice chairs. They have a rooftop.
Laundry is possible too.
Staff speak English... Maybe even Spanish and French... Of course Japanese too.
Bed is ok. But you need to make it yourself.
It's common in japan.
Airflow in my dormitory room was ok too.
