Ouchi Hotel Itsukaichi

I don't know if the reservation code was not sent or if I overlooked the email... I became worried and called the facility about 5 days before my stay to confirm. I was relieved when I was told that I could check in using my itinerary number, but when I tried to check in on the day, the number was wrong...I couldn't check in at all. Call an emergency phone number, but it is like an answering machine, and the system waits for you to call. Working in a hurry while keeping children waiting in the cold. At one point, I thought about giving up, even though I had already paid. The man who called me was very kind and polite, which made me feel at ease... The facility itself was very nice. What I was dissatisfied with was that the temperature of the hot water was set at 43 degrees, and the dishes (washing oily dishes) were difficult to get clean. Some of the tableware was slightly dirty. I would have liked to have a phone line available for inquiries from people who have confirmed reservations. Now that I understand how it works, I think I can use it anytime, so I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

There was something I didn't understand, and when I sent a message, they responded immediately. The room was clean and I am very satisfied.

After returning to Japan, I stayed in quarantine for two weeks, and it was a wonderful accommodation where I could spend my time stress-free. We have everything we need, and there is a coin parking lot right next door that costs 400 yen a day, a Family Mart 5 minutes walk away, and Itsukaichi Station and a 24-hour supermarket 10 minutes away. They were also quick to answer all my questions and provide consultation before making a reservation. There was only one thing that could be improved: the refrigerator was the size for a single person, so I think it was intended for a large number of guests, so I thought it could have been a little bigger. As a general review, I have used hotels in various countries and regions due to my work, but this was the best hotel I have ever stayed at.

Used by a family of 5. It was very spacious and I had a great time. I will use it again. There's no elevator, so I'll go downstairs next time.

Like others, I had a hard time getting in. I was able to get the key number, but it took a while to open the lock, and I was able to do it after making inquiries. I was able to spend a comfortable time in the room without any particular problems. There are a number of rooms, but the amenities are for each person, and there is one bath towel and one face towel. There were two people, but only two beds were set in the same room, and beds in other rooms could not be used. It was a shame because I wanted to sleep separately. Wi-Fi was available. Overall, I am satisfied because I was able to use it at a low price.
