The stay was one where we felt the hospitality of the staff, with their impeccable service.
Perhaps because there were many foreign guests, it was nice to see international touches here and there.

The surroundings are beautiful, the rooftop lounge is open all day, and the view is superb. But the room is really not good, the facilities are stuck at the level of the 90s, and the bathroom is very small in Japan, so cramped that it feels like being on an airplane. The quilt is very thick, the kind that is only used in the coldest days of winter. The sheets are very old and rough. The windows are not soundproof, and the rumbling traffic noise can be heard all night.
